I was recently inspired by a blog that my pal Kendra posted. She introduced me to this excercise a while back but I just didn't take the time to complete it. This time I was determined. So, what you do is list 100 things that make you happy. I found this very theraputc and fun. Here is my list in no particular order.

Yippee! Mr. Gatti's pizza - I miss that whole experience - watching the Little Rascals while eating dessert pizza was my favorite.
